Uncontrollable growth of cells in the urinary bladder is known as bladder cancer. Bladder cancer originates in the mucosa in the inner layer of the bladder. It may remain confined to mucosa layer only for a long period of time or it may spread to other layers and nearby organs. Bladder cancer may appear as a nodule or appear as papillary or as a thickening of the inner wall of the bladder.
Classification of bladder cancer is based on the appearance of the cells in a microscope.
Urothelial Carcinoma: Urothelial carcinoma is the most common type bladder cancer. It is associated with cigarette smoking and extreme stress and tension.
Adenocarcinoma: Adenocarcinoma is associated with prolonged inflammation and it comprises of 2 % of bladder cancers.
Squamous cell carcinoma: Squamous carcinoma is also associated with prolonged inflammation. Irritation caused by long standing stones in the bladder accounts for this type of cancer.
The exact cause of urinary bladder cancer development is not known to the present medical science. But there are genetic mutations and epigenetic changes associated with all types of cancer development. But what lacks today with the contemporary medicine is the lack of knowledge about what causes mutations to develop cancer of each organs and systems of body. Here is the historic importance of the introduction of Dynamic Science and causes based on this are mentioned as separate heading below.
There are ostensible causes and factors that increase your risk of developing urinary bladder cancer which are mentioned below:
Smoking.
Increasing age.
Being white
Being a man.
Exposure to certain chemicals. These include arsenic and chemicals used in the manufacture of dyes, rubber, leather, textiles and paint products.
Exposure to radiation.
Previous cancer treatment. Treatment with the anti-cancer drug cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan) increases your risk of bladder cancer.
Anti diabetes medication. Those who take the diabetes medication pioglitazone (Actos) for prolonged period have an increased risk of bladder cancer. Other diabetes medications which contain pioglitazone, including pioglitazone and metformin (Actoplus Met) and pioglitazone and glimepiride (Duetact) also have similar risks.
Chronic bladder inflammation. Repeated urinary infections or inflammations (cystitis), happen with long-term use of a urinary catheter, may increase your risk of squamous cell bladder cancer.
Parasitic infection. Chronic bladder inflammation caused by the parasitic infection known as schistosomiasis also can be a risk factor for urinary bladder cancer development.
Personal or family history of cancer.
Food and drink. People who drink a lot of coffee have a slightly increased risk.
Present science (material science) identifies that there are mutations or epigenetic changes happen in the genetic level that leads to the development of Cancer. Dynamic Science, which explains how mind, vital force (soul) and DNA are interconnected, reveals that our mind regulates the DNA with finality, though there are influences on DNA from the outside energy sources and also from the bio-chemical changes that happen in the physical body. But all DNA changes are ultimately under regulatory control of the mental thoughts. Through our researches based on DSA, we identified different mental and emotional thought processes that constructively and destructively influence the DNA structure. We identify that naturally positive, happy, comfortable, peaceful and pure mental emotional state constructively or curatively modify the DNA whereas negative, unnatural, pessimistic, fearful, destructive mental and emotional states derange the DNA to express itself to an unhealthy plane. Also each thought is connected to a functional system and/or organ of the body. In this connection we are in search for the particular negative mental and emotional state/thought that affects the particular energy that regulates the functioning of the genes that regulates the multiplication and functioning of the urinary bladder for the development of urinary bladder cancer in each patient. It is still an ongoing research and development activity and a new direction of scientific observation which can help in the development of future Medical Science and a new methodology of treatment.
Bleeding in urine is the most common symptom of bladder cancer. Bleeding will be visible to the naked eye and will be associated with pain. In some cases, the blood particles will be visible only through the microscope. There may be longer intermediary periods during which no symptoms will be shown. Desire to urinate in small quantities in short intervals and inability to hold urine for long time and burning sensation during urination are other common symptoms. In advanced stages of the disease, symptoms like pain in flanks, pain in bones, blood in phlegm, etc. are also shown. In a nut shell the symptoms include:
Frequent urination
Pain or burning during urination
Hematuria (blood in urine)
Back pain on sides
Pelvic pain
Being unable to urinate
Loss of appetite and weight loss
Swelling in the feet
Bone pain
Diagnosis of Urinary Bladder Cancer
Bladder cancer is usually diagnosed by investigating the cause for the finding of blood in the urine. The following tests are usually conducted.
Urinalysis: Physicians usually ask the patient to undergo urinalysis as the first test for confirming bleeding through urine and to study whether any infections are present in the urine.
Urine cytology: In this test, the urine is centrifuged and the sediments are tested under a microscope. A positive result indicates the presence of cancerous cells. Early stages of bladder cancer will not be diagnosed by this test. Therefore, a negative result does not confirm the non-existence of bladder cancer.
Ultrasound: Bladder tumors can be detected in ultrasound examination. It can also detect swelling in kidneys which can block the flow of urine to the bladder. Ultrasound examination can also result in the detection of stones, enlargement of prostate, etc.
CT scan or MRI: CT scan or MRI scan provides better visual understanding than that provided by ultra sound exam. By using intravenous contrast, MRI scan can identify small tumors and polyps in the urinary structures.
Cystoscopy and Biopsy: In cystoscopy, a small instrument called cystoscope with a light source and camera on one end of a long tube is inserted into the bladder through urinary passage and the video taken by the camera is displayed on a screen placed before the physician. With this, he will be able to understand the problems faced by the patient. If necessary, he takes samples of the suspicious tissues and sends it for examination in the laboratory. This is known as biopsy. Examining the sample under a microscope will give exact information about the type, stage, etc. of the cancer.
The natural holistic DSA treatment is introduced by our founder director and chief physician Dr. Shaji Varghese Kudiyat, who invented a new generation science named Dynamic Science (DS) in which the human health and disease developments are viewed in a different perspective, which has hitherto been unknown. Dynamic Science explains how energy level entities like mind and the Vital Force (Soul) are connected with one’s DNA and regulate its functions and hypothesizes that by judiciously combining counseling, homeopathic medications, yoga, meditation, music therapy, etc. curative mutations and epigenetic changes can be produced in the DNA. Surgery is also used judiciously whenever indicated. He believes and has showed time and again that the curative changes so developed will be sustained with the inspired determination of the patient who is willing to undergo inner transformation for the good with the help of proper reasonable understanding and with the assistance and support of the family members, by which cancer can be cured completely and naturally. DSA treatment also includes judicious application of surgery whenever needed.
Dr. Shaji Kudiyat is a researcher, scholar and scientist in the furtherance of science to make science more complete to make it suitable to study and research in living organisms by incorporating the dynamic or energy components with the physical body so that research studies and their inferences and conclusions become more complete. Dr. Kudiyat believes only such complete conclusions and inferences can provide complete solutions for the sufferings of living organisms, especially human beings. So in our DSA treatment, we begin with a seminar or a group counseling for the patient and the whole family members and the other concerned individuals involved with the treatment of the patient, explaining the basics of the cancer development and DSA treatment. This counseling is given directly or through online video consultation and helps in undergoing the treatment with clarity of mind, confidence and trust in the treatment process.
Homeopathy is a fully developed system of medicine invented by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, a German physician. Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine, which is utilizing the ability of human body’s immune system to cure or prevent the occurrence of diseases. The DSA approach mainly utilizes homeopathic medicines. Homeopathic treatment is based on the natural law of cure ‘Similia Similibus Curentur’ meaning ‘let like be cured by like’ and these medicines are the only medicines available in the medical world for directly able to curatively influence the vital force. Our founder director Dr. Shaji Varghese Kudiyat is a world renowned homeopathic physician, scientist, researcher, life coach and a scholar in homeopathic system of medicine, who explains how homeopathy works. Dr. Shaji Kudiyat personally designed all the cancer treatment procedures followed in our hospital. Dr. Kudiyat had authored a book titled “Homeopathic Medicine, An Unavoidable Medical Revolution.” All our patients get the benefit of being directly analyzed and treated by Dr. Kudiyat himself or under his guidance which make great difference.
